First Recipe?

What shall be the first recipe on my new blog?  I can't decide.  I'm thinking I might post the DELICIOUS fruit compote that actually inspired this blog.  So, maybe I'll make pancakes for breakfast in the morning, and whip up a batch of the compote to go on top!  Put a dollop of sour cream on a stack of steaming pancakes and add the compote!!!!!  YUM!  Yep...see you in about 12 hours!  :):):)
