2 cups warm coffee
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
4 cups ice
1/4 cup chocolate syrup, divided
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp additional sugar
Pour warm coffee into a blender and add sugar. Blend until sugar is dissolved. Add ice and milk and blend until mixture is smooth and thick. Add 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup and blend until thoroughly combined. Pour into glasses. I like pint mason jars.
In mixing bowl, whip cream until thick. Add remaining sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
Dollop whipped cream on top of glass and top with remaining chocolate syrup to garnish.
